wenger's budget transfer is at 25mil.He havent really break the bank yet but he's still so cautious to get the right player.

Udinese have insisted Gokhan Inler is not for sale despite reports linking him with a move to Arsenal this summer.
'Enough talk about Inler,' said Udinese general director Leonardi. 'His agent and I have already said it but I will say it once and for all: Inler is not for sale.'
The 24-year-old has been tipped for a £10million move to the Emirates Stadium as Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger searches for midfield reinforcements.
Will he be our last hope of a signing? Well, he is not a big name player. never mind, i guess i am resign to our young players carrying us through the season...
