After a quarter of the season gone, Derby is firmly stucked at the bottom of the table. They are accompanied by Bolton with the same points and surprise surprise, hotspurs faring only a point better at 7 points.

4th from bottom is Boro together with Wigan at 8 points and Sunderland and Fulham is only a point better at 9.

Although it is still early in the season, i am going to stick my head out and assume all relegated teams at the end of the season will be within these few teams mentioned and Birmingham.

Spurs and bolton looked shaky but we should watch the next few matches to access their chances.

Personal choices at the moment: Derby, Sunderland and Boro (if they dont change manager or buy new players)

Still looking at Wigan, Sunderland and Derby.

Interestingly, Wigan has approached Birmingham Boss Steve Bruce to take over at Wigan. Have they not learned their lesson?

Wigan has indeed sign Steve Bruce. Although not a fantastic manager, i guess a new manager will rejuvenate a team in some ways.

So how? What are the guesses now?

Birmingham, Sunderland and Derby ? or Wigan Sunderland and Derby? or Boro, Sunderland and Derby?
