It is now clear that the Premiership title is a 3 horse race between Arsenal, Man u and Chelsea.
There is a sub plot story here on who gets 4th place and with it, Champion League football.
At the moment, Tottenham is occupying the position but there are a couple of teams still in it. Tottenham has 55 points, but Man City is only 2 points behind with a game in hand.
Liverpool is a 4 points behind the 4th spot but have played a game more. Things dont look rosy for them at the moment. Not to discount the next contender, Villa is on 50 points with a game in hand.
So it all adds up to an exciting final 8 games or so to secure the 4th place and CL football.
My call?
City to edge this just because they have lots of $$$ and bought lots of experienced players.
Liverpool to lose their prized asset, Fernando Torres (hopefully to us)after their fall from grace...
James Milner to hand in a transfer request after Villa failure to give him CL football
and the Spurs team to collapse as Harry decides to take another salary hike and move to coach the Ivory Coast after the World cup exit in the 1st round.
