Walcott has denied suggestions he is interested in going out on loan. Although he has yet to make a big impact in Arsenal's first team since his big-money move from Southampton two years ago, Walcott believes he is improving just by training alongside his teammates.

Wenger has given Walcott match time in his favoured centre-forward position as well as on the right wing.

Walcott said,'My game is obviously going to benefit most from being around these people. With respect to other clubs, that is not going to happen anywhere else.

'That's why I want to push myself every day with Arsenal and try to get into the first team as often as I possibly can.'

Walcott is frustrated at not being able to constantly be in the first team as a striker but believes his time will come.
