Samir Nasri scored a superb brace as Arsenal strolled to a 3-0 win over Austrian side Sturm Graz.
The France midfielder lashed home a superb angled drive after linking up with new signing Marouane Chamakh and the Morocco striker then saw a header cleared off the line by Thomas Burgstaller before Nasri doubled the lead with a fine curling free-kick.
Henri Lansbury, one of seven half-time Gunners substitutes, made it 3-0 after good work from Jay Emmanuel-Thomas and Theo Walcott and captain Thomas Vermaelen both missed good chances to extend the margin of victory further
Good start but its a friendly... so hope we warm up well to the start of the season... And we still need signings!!

The game was of course not very competitive so there wasn't much you can read into it, but the second Nasri goal - the free kick curled over the wall to the top corner was pure class.
Funny how him not going to the World Cup might actually do us a favour there.
Koscielny hasn't looked amazing so far but then he hasn't had to.
2 things on the goalkeeping situation - Fabianski is still not up to the task and the Away kit goalie strip is an abomination. Pink with black tigerish stripes down the arms? Eurrrghh.
