More crap from the management for not spending..... sigh...
==========
adapted from soccernet:

Arsenal chairman Peter Hill-Wood has revealed that he is in favour of controls on spending by clubs, and believes it has Premier League support.

However, the Gunners' chairman is concerned that it might have an adverse effect on the game with clubs finding ways of circumventing any new rules.

As the Premier League investigates new controls on club owners, and tighten up their financial regulations, Hill-Wood can also see UEFA chief Michel Platini implementing strong restrictions on debt and overspending for clubs entering European competiton. Hill-Wood welcomes it, but doesn't believe it can be easily implemented.

Hill-Wood told Soccernet: "I am not opposed to financial restrictions at all, so long as the rules set in place are sensible and enforceable.

"I foresee enormous difficulties. It is not as simple as writing new rules and regulations, because I fear they can have unintentional consequences, and quite often such measures can have the reverse effect

hahahaha...that's why Dein left Arsenal when he found out there's no ambition from the board in building the team for trophys!!!
Usually Peter HW is good at using other financial statements as his excuses!
It's well expected statement from the bastard!!!Sad thing is AW is pretty much agree to whatever the boards saying!!!
Dein is a True Arsenal Fan and he fights for every major signing back to where once we are Champions
Every true Arsenal Fans in North London spoke so much of him at this closing EPL stages!!!I don't how many of you guys still remember what he has done to this Beloved Club?
