Isnt it good to know that we have such great depth at LB?
I dont think any other team can survive with the number of injuries we have at LB. This is probably a cause of lack of LB a few years back that led to Wenger paying particular attention to this position. Remember Flamini playing as an emergency LB a few years back?
Well, now we have Clichy, Gibbs, Traore, Silvestre and even Gallas who are qualified LBs. In my opinion, any of these players can be the first choice LB at other teams in the BPL. A funny fact is that we even have a young lad named Tom Cruise playing at LB for us against Standard in the CL.
So, in a strange fact of way, we discovered our wealth of LB in this injury crisis.
