It seems that the motto of Arsenal is in Latin: Victoria Concordia Crescit

and it means Victory through harmony?

Can any of our Latin speaking friends confirm this?

Yeah, it's correct.

The Arsenal's motto is VICTORIA CONCORDIA CRESCIT, which means "Victory through harmony".

All English clubs have Latin mottos.

Also universities in the English-speaking countries have latin mottos.

Just a couple of examples:

Oxford (UK): Domine Illuminatio Mea ("Lord, my illumination" Well, "illumination" here must be understood as "inspiration")

Harvard (USA): Veritas ("Truth")
