Nikolai Shpilevski, agent for Hleb, was quoted on Belarussian paper Pressball claiming the 27-year-old 'is leaving' Emirates Stadium this summer, with Inter Milan most strongly linked as a possible destination.

'He is leaving Arsenal even though they want to offer him a new long-term contract and better conditions. Only time will tell if leaving is the right decision, but there's no way back now. Everything will be cleared up in the next two weeks.'

Wenger has previously reacted angrily to rumoured interest from the Italians, even claiming he might report them for 'tapping up' the former Stuttgart player.

Wenger insisted on Friday that there was no reason to suspect that Hleb would not be playing for the London club next season

I hate all these leaving news. When will we stabilise if everyone leaves? How come no big names leave in the other big 3? Is our pay really that low or we are not considered a big club? Cant believe this.

Keep your fingers crossed that Hleb has more integrity than Flamini.

From what I have read I have (unfortantly) got the impression that this is quite serious, and that it is most likely that he will leave Arsenal after this season.

We have already lost two important players so now Wenger must do the job and keep the rest of the squad together and go out and make some nice additions.
