Well,at last, our captain said that he would stay at Emirates.
Here,his words,

"I haven't said that I will definitely leave Arsenal."

"Everything is possible. Now I have my head and my focus on the World Cup."

"I am very proud to be captain of Arsenal and I love the club and have respect for them. It gave me such pride to be made captain."

In my opinion, he said those words because he watched the whole world cup from the bench, and so, he realized that he couldn't get a place at Barca.In addition, his transfer can't be concluded till now. Next, Barca's new president changed their targets on Mascherano, Torres and Mata, but not him.

Although those words give us some relief, we can't trust completely because Henry said similar words just before he joined to Barca.If Barca tried again in next season, Cesc will shout "Barca,Barca" again.

I hope his words are real ones...Sigh.

I hope he stays with us. However, another titleless season will definitely convince him to join a more ambitious club...

I think Fabregas is worried about sitting on the bench.

He is experiencing with Spain on what will be expected at Barca because Xavi, iniesta and Basquet will be ahead on him on the Barca roaster..

Anyway, he is captain and star of Arsenal! He should be able to understand that he will play and improve further with us. And this is HIS Team!!!

Fabregas can see now, how it will be at Barca if he will go. I have feeling he will stay, but I'm affraid that Barca players are washing his brains at World Cup. Some years ago I liked Barca, but these days I hate it. I dont like their approach to other players.
It' simple not fair to other clubs and It is disgusting for me.

Yes,if we won't win any trophy in this season, we'll have no chance to halt his transfer.
