Should Portsmouth be allowed to play in Europe next season? They are in the final and with Chelski playing in the CL, Pompey will be eligible to play in the Europa Cup.

However, Pompey, in financial turmoil, did not apply for a UEFA licence before the March 1 deadline and as such are not eligible to play in Europe.

Should they be given a chance and the $$$ that comes with it? It makes logical sense to me... but well, the people in power should really give them a chance to recuperate and also reward the fans for their solid support.
