Hey.About two weeks ago i signed up for Arsenal Tv.After that i had a problem and doesn't know what to do.When i watch videos i dont have sound.I can see the video but i have no sound.On other websites like youtube i have sound.The problem is only on Arsenal Tv.I thought maybe something wrong with their website but than i tried to see the video from my sister computer and she had sound.Maybe someone who is a member of Arsenal Tv and had the same problem as me,could help or give some suggestions to me.Thank you!

why don you call them straight for trouble shooting? different situation will have different solution.
they probably give you some crap so you have to be firm with them.
my local provider came up with some shit theory that my internet got some incompatibility until i got them down to sort out the shit....

If you dont have sound, but your sister does, then it has to be your computer. I am assuming both you and your sister have your own computers?

Yes.Nothin is muted.On all other websites i have sound.The only problem is on Arsenal Tv

I found out how to solve my problem.I need to copy something into text file.Does anybody know where text file is located on windows xp?
