Please help solve a dispute with a friend. I insist that King's Cross is (historic) Arsenal territory--he claims neutral or even Tottenham. Who is right?

Sorry to Dissapoint, but Kings Cross is Neutral territory, it is neither a stronghold for Arsenal or Rottenham
