Vic Akers has stepped down after 22 years as Arsenal Ladies manager.

During that time, the founding father of the club has collected a staggering 32 trophies, including a domestic treble in his final season.

sorry to see him go, not sure who is going to replace him, he has done an amazing job with the Ladies Team
