I don't know how many of you have heard of Nacer Barazite, but bascially he's a 19 year-old Dutch attacking midfielder which Arsene Wenger has sent out on loan to us for the season. He's a lanky attacking midfielder. And this is how he did:

First things first, he doesn't stand out in our squad - something which Leon Osman did for example while he was on loan with us. He's terribly selfish and was keen to get as many goals as possible to impress the Arsenal staff. Well, you'll be pleased to know he notched up the huge tally of just 1 goal. Oh dear.

His ball control is first rate, and, at points has great vision. But, his lack of pace standd out even in the Championship, so when he does go on these long runs, very few of them end up with Nacer still having the ball!

He also looks awful when we are playing poorly - only looks good in a side playing well.

At 19, if he doesn't stand out in the Championship, I don't think he will make it. If he was a Derby youngster, I would be questioning even if he could make it for Derby.

its a review that's a bit tough on the kid. He's only 19 and i guess he is getting used to another new environment in Derby.

I am sure Wenger sent him on loan to learn his trade. Give the kid a chance....

i'd like to know more about this player.I think this is a player who is underated and not known. But at the same time he hasn't shown how good he can be. Some have said he can be the next RVP or Dennis Bergkamp, but from he's Derby performances its a big if. Is this guy going to be a flop or will he come back and break into the first team?
