Well, England has done it again. They have made things difficult for themselves once more. After getting a 1-0 lead at half time, they managed to lose 2 goals within 4 minutes.

Elsewhere, the already qualified Germans shown no sign of any fight as they lost 0-3 to the Czechs who were desperate to qualify.

Henry got 2 goals and broke Platini's goal scoring record for France as France got merely 2 goals for their complete domination of Lithuania.

European champions Greece were also through to next year championship after a morale boosting win at Istanbul with the only goal coming in the 79 min by Ioannis
