Fabregas just bought a new flat in Hampstead - same street as Ade, Gallas and ex-gooner Flamini

So i guess he is staying for a long term.

ON the other hand, Flamini bought but still left.

cesc is still very young and playing at the highest level now..he loves arsenal and at the moment he'll stay put.
