Almunia is an AngrY man!

After the 2-0 loss at the Emirates yesterday, Almunia rightly questioned his team-mates' desire and enthusiasm, questioning why they didn't respond in a more positive manner to his first-half penalty save.

“It is very disappointing because after the penalty I thought the team would be more excited and grow with desire to win the game. But the penalty did not change anything and that is embarrassing for us,” the keeper said.

Almunia has urged his team-mates to shake off the dejection and low morale that lingers in the Arsenal dressing room and start to wake up to the fact that we have no Divine right to wins at home.

“We have to continue doing our job,” said Almunia on the club’s official website. “First of all because of respect for the fans. Anything is possible but we have to change many things from today.

“We are the same team [as last Saturday against United] but each player has to analyse his performance because today’s game was Arsenal’s worst for a long time."

Well, at least someone is angry........

hmm..at least Almunia voiced out his frustration at how the team performed badly.

I wonder if the rest cared.... Or only Almunia because he made a fantastic stop for the penalty.

Great save by Almunia,he's right to be angry...after his save the team didn't do anything...||but this save does not make him my favorite keeper...Does anybody else think he's very slow?...or maybe it's just me...

He is not world class. This i admit. He is stable but not able to stop spectacular shots.
well... if only the check book is open. Or else, we just have to make do.

Yeah, it was a heartbreaking loss. Almunia is right.
