Fabregas has hinted he is interested in a move to Real Madrid, but poured cold water on the idea he could move to the Bernabeu this summer.

Reports in Spain suggest Ramon Calderon, resigned to missing out on Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo, has prepared a big-money offer for the 21-year-old.

However, Fabregas revealed he could move to Madrid in the future, he insists he wants to stay at the Emirates Stadium for the time being.

What is wrong with staying at Arsenal forever?!?!?! We are a big club! We are not a selling club!! i just dont understand why everyone thinks Real Madrid is the biggest club in the world!.

I hate this...

This is getting bad to worse hearing a news like this.
Arsenal players beginning to think that our club are not financially stable compare to Real.
But we are one of the biggest football club in the world too.WE need to question every player's loyalty at arsenal now.

how can we do?just to watch.How many times can we control the players who wnat to leave us? Anelka,Henry,Flamini,Hleb and Vieira.
but if Cesc goes to Real,our team condition may be worse than we think.

We are not chelsea who can raise the favourite player to 150,000/week wages like they did to frank lampard.
We got no choice but to offer the highest wages to the limit we can afford and guarrantee them 1st.team place.
Money issues have blown out of proportion for football players these days.
Some funny players in Euro 08 just showed a thing or two in last 2 or 3 games are beginning to feel they are on top of the world.
Next season could be the last for Fabregas even we wins the title.Money too Important, I guess!

Fabregas - Some people are just trying to make mischief
Following media reports this morning, Cesc Fabregas wanted to put the record straight by making the following statement.

"I have not spoken to any media so it's frustrating to read quotes that I have supposedly said about my future.

"I have spent the summer relaxing with my family, friends and girlfriend and I return to training with Arsenal tomorrow.

"I think that some people are just trying to make mischief but my intentions are very clear. I am happy here at Arsenal, my future is with Arsenal and the priority is to achieve success and win trophies at Arsenal."

yah, i saw the later story on arsenal.com. So it must be true that some 'people' (maybe Hleb) are trying to make mischief and just quote fabregas although he did not say anything.

I just love fabregas came up and stood for Arsenal but some people havent came out from the closet and apologize yet as I expected-who else but ADE!
