After the 10-2 thrashing of Austrian minnows Burgenland, Arsenal’s senior players get back to serious pre-season competition this evening as they take on German giants Vfb Stuttgart in a match celebrating the renaming of their magnificent 58,000 capacity arena - the Mercedes-Benz Arena.
Arsene Wenger welcomes backhis international stars into the fold with the likes of Robin van Persie, Emmanuel Adebayor and new-signing Samir Nasri set to play 45 minutes in Germany.

The Gunners’ are without midfielder Cesc Fabregas, who only begun training yesterday, and Ivorian defender Kolo Toure who has just come back from a mild strain of malaria.

Emmanuel Eboue and Johan Djourou are pencilled in for a half, while skipper William Gallas will partner Swiss centre half Philippe Senderos in defence.

i watched the game and i can say arsenal played good, some players still need to find good form but some players was fantastic
vela: good goal and assist
bendtner: some good moves and great goal, he looked very powerfull in duels
wilshere: amazing player and amazing goal by fantastic dribble and assist by clichy, i think we should be very happy that we have wilshere

yes..i watch it too..Very good to see arsenal dominates most of the game.Jack wilshere was so fun to watch at..he's full cunning moves and confidence when scoring the third goal.
Overall, we are still unbeaten in pre-season games...we made VFB stuttgart look very bad with our moves and passing.Evry player in arsenal tonite I can say, well done!!

yes(DM & C..buying Amaury is not a good option even Wenger just admitted saying he's taking a gamble buying him as amaury need another 3months to recover his fitness back from injury.

I watched that game. Very beautiful game. I can't wait to watch Emirates Cup. I think we will win at least a cup in next season.

I congratulate our players ,i'am very happy about the rezult, i admit that Stuttgart is a tough team, but premier league is tougher,don't whant to say anything bad,but we have to be better prepared,just hope Wanger sees the trouble in the back and buy a good defender...Go Guners!
